At Vision Designs by Jeanine, we specialize in custom balloon décor and event styling. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following policy applies to all bookings:

1. Retainer / Deposit
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received.

2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the retainer.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking (valid for 90 days).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event one time, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original event date. Your retainer will be transferred to the new date.

5. Custom & Seasonal Items
All custom orders, including stuffed balloons, holiday items, and personalized décor, are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Event Changes
Any changes to your order (colors, design, quantities, or setup details) must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your event. Additional fees may apply.

7. No-Show / Inaccessibility
If the client or venue is unavailable at the scheduled setup time, or if access is denied, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.

8. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
For outdoor events, the client assumes responsibility for weather conditions. We are not responsible for damage due to wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

9. Payment Plans / Buy Now, Pay Later
For clients using installment or “buy now, pay later” options, all payments remain subject to this policy. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms outlined above and may take additional time based on the payment provider.

10. Agreement
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
